Service Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Delivery

We provide digital services only. No physical products are shipped. All deliverables, including website files, login credentials, reports, and documentation, are shared digitally via email, cloud storage, or project management tools.

2. Project Timeline

The estimated timeline for website development is mutually agreed upon at the start of the project. Typical delivery timelines are:

  • Basic Website: 7–10 business days
  • Business Website: 10–15 business days
  • E-Commerce Website: 15–25 business days

Note: Project delivery time depends on the timely availability of content and feedback from the client.

3. Delivery Method

Upon completion, we deliver the final product through one or more of the following methods:

  • Email (ZIP files, PDF reports)
  • Google Drive or Dropbox
  • Direct deployment on your hosting server
  • Access credentials via secure communication

4. Delays and Communication

If there is any expected delay in project delivery due to technical, resource-related, or client-related reasons, we will inform you in advance via email or call. We maintain transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Support After Delivery

We offer 7/15/30 days of post-delivery support (based on package selected) for bug fixes and minor changes. For ongoing support or maintenance, clients can subscribe to our Website Maintenance Plans.
